We manage and rent vacation homes in Park City, Utah.

I am the owner of the company.
What business challenge were you trying to address with Foxtail?
We needed a more cohesive marketing approach. We wanted all our services to be done under one company with a central point of contact, a general plan, and someone to oversee the execution.
Please describe the scope of their involvement in greater detail.
They work on SEO [search engine optimization], pay per click, remarketing, social media and email campaigns. They’ve consulted us for the launch of our new website and found a vendor for developing it. Foxtail also came up with new campaigns for our more specialized inventory.
How did you come to work with Foxtail?
We’ve worked with many other firms in the past. The vendor we worked with before starting out with Foxtail is the one who introduced us.
Foxtail was initially supposed to handle just one portion of our marketing. We saw that they could basically do everything we were looking for, and ended our collaboration with the person we were employing at that time, who was serving as more of an intermediary.
Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?
Our total budget for Foxtail’s work is between $50-200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together for over a year. Our activity is seasonal, so we paused our work with Foxtail for a couple of months in 2015, but this year it will probably be continuous. We have no plans to stop.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
We’re trying to get direct leads from our website. This area has grown tenfold since working with Foxtail.
How did Foxtail perform from a project management standpoint?
Foxtail provides us with a single point of contact. Mike, their owner, is easy to reach whenever we need him. We receive a monthly report and also schedule a call in order to go over our numbers and see where we’re getting traction and what areas could use help.
What distinguishes Foxtail from other providers?
We’re satisfied with their work. They are easy to communicate with and helped us grow fast. The return on investment on this project is amazing.
Is there anything Foxtail could have improved or done differently?
They have switched our account managers two or three times, which always implies a period of adjustment for the new person. The last transition was the easiest, which suggests that Foxtail is improving their processes. This is only a minor objection.
